We're looking for a Community Manager to build, engage, and grow Nestuge's creator community on Hubs and X (formerly Twitter). You'll be responsible for fostering meaningful conversations, driving participation, creating engaging content, and ensuring our community reflects the voice and values of the brand. This role is for someone who understands online communities, thrives in fast-paced digital environments, and knows how to turn audiences into engaged communities. You'll work closely with the Content, Product Marketing, Design, and Product teams to strengthen creator relationships, drive engagement, and help shape the overall community experience.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Social Media Management (X)

  • Own and grow Nestuge's presence on X as our primary social engagement channel.

  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, creator milestones, and industry trends.

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including threads, polls, creator spotlights, and conversation-led posts.

  • Collaborate with Content, Design, and Product Marketing teams to produce high-impact community content.

  • Monitor conversations, mentions, and creator economy trends, actively engaging with relevant audiences and surfacing actionable insights.

  • Support campaign execution, creator initiatives, and community communications.

  • Assist with broader content and social initiatives where needed.

Community Management (Nestuge Hubs)

  • Drive engagement, participation, and retention across Nestuge Hubs and the broader creator community.

  • Design and execute community programs and initiatives that strengthen creator relationships and encourage ongoing activity.

  • Gather and synthesize community feedback, sharing insights with Product, Growth, and Leadership teams.

  • Identify opportunities to improve the community experience and advocate for creator needs across the organization.

  • Foster a positive, supportive, and vibrant community environment that reflects Nestuge's values.

Skills

Must-Haves

  • Must-Haves

    • 2–5 years of experience in community management, social media management, content marketing, or a related field.

    • Proven experience managing and growing brand communities on social media platforms, particularly Twitter/X.

    • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms.

    • Strong understanding of internet culture, social media trends, and digital communities.

    • Experience developing content calendars and managing multiple content streams simultaneously.

    • Strong community engagement and relationship-building skills.

    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and apply insights.

    • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

    Nice-to-Haves

    • Experience within the creator economy, community platforms, SaaS, media, or technology industries.

    • Experience hosting online events, Twitter/X Spaces, webinars, or community discussions.

    • Familiarity with creator monetization, digital products, memberships, or online communities.

    • Experience working in startup or high-growth technology environments.

    • Knowledge of community management tools, social analytics platforms, and content scheduling tools.
